The William B. Griffith Memorial Fund

The Department of Philosophy established the William B. Griffith Memorial Fund in honor of the former professor and chair of the department. Griffith served in several leadership positions at GW and was the principal architect and long-serving director of the Master of Arts in Philosophy and Social Policy program. The memorial fund supports graduate students in philosophy. Read more about Griffith’s contributions to the department.
